Terms & conditions for device rental service

• The minimum rental duration is 1 month.
• Payment is made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• When renting suction devices, you incur an initial cost of 70€ consumables, which includes: collection bin, filter, hose.

Delivery and returns

• To the address chosen by the renter

Return:

The device must be returned in excellent working condition. Any damage beyond normal use will be charged to the renter.

Maintenance and hygiene

The renter is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the device. The provided usage and maintenance instructions must be followed closely. Cleaning and disinfecting the device is mandatory before return.

User training

Before the delivery of the device, basic training is provided on its use and maintenance. The renter is responsible for the proper application of the usage instructions.

Liability and compensation

The renter bears full responsibility for the safe use of the device. In case the device is damaged or lost, the renter will be required to compensate the company for the repair or replacement cost.

Cancellation and refund

In case of cancellation of the rental, you must inform the company at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.
