Exercises (indicative):
Knee Extension: Sitting in a chair, place the band around the ankle and the other end around the back of the chair leg. Extend the knee and hold for 3 seconds. Alternate legs.
Diagonal Shoulder Flexion: Place one end of the band under the foot and hold the other end with the opposite hand. Lift the arm diagonally. Return slowly to the starting position. Alternate arms/legs.
Lower Trunk Lift: Lie on your back with bent knees. Place the band around the knees. Lift the knees without moving your arms. Hold for 4 seconds.
Caution: The product contains natural latex and may cause irritation in people with latex allergies. Do not use on rough or sharp surfaces. In case of shortness of breath, dizziness, or irritation during exercise, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
Maintenance: Wipe the bands with a towel after use. Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment. Always check the bands before use for any tears or cuts.
