Usage Instructions
Cold TherapyPlace in the freezer for at least 10–15 minutes before use.
Hot Therapy
Hot Water Method:
Place the pack in hot water (max 80°C) for 10–15 minutes.
Remove, wrap in a dry towel, and apply.
Microwave Method:
Distribute gel evenly inside the pack.
Microwave on low power for 30 seconds (1,000W recommended).
If additional heating is needed, continue in 10-second intervals.
Let rest at least 1 minute before applying.
